I wanted to write to commend your employee, Patti Robinson....several years after we partnered with Douron and completely upgraded our media center.... the laminate inlay on our custom table became unglued from the top. Although out of warranty, Patti went out of her way to accommodate us and arranged for the manufacturer to replace the entire table top at no cost.
I have been pleased to recommend Douron to other Media Specialists considering similar renovations.
